  • Identity: First name, last name
  • Contact: Email, phone, company information
  • Transaction security: IP address, browser information, log records
  • Marketing: Brief content, industry preference, budget range

Processing purposes

  • Delivering the requested service (preparing quotes, reviewing briefs)
  • Responding to contact requests
  • Fulfilling legal obligations
  • Sending the marketing newsletter if you are subscribed

Legal grounds

KVKK Art. 5/2: contract formation/performance, legal obligation, and legitimate interest provided that the data subject's fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Processing for marketing purposes is carried out on the basis of explicit consent.

Transfer

Your personal data is not shared with third parties. Cases requiring mandatory notification to competent public authorities under applicable law are reserved. Service providers used for hosting infrastructure (Hetzner, Cloudflare) act as data processors and comply with EU / Turkey regulations.

Retention period

  • Contact form / quote records: 3 years
  • Newsletter subscription: while your subscription is active + 1 year
  • Server logs: 180 days

Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)

  • Find out whether your personal data is being processed
  • If processed, request information about it
  • Find out about domestic / international transfers
  • Request correction if processed incompletely / incorrectly
  • Request deletion, destruction, or anonymization
  • Object to automated systems that produce an adverse outcome against you
  • Claim compensation in case of damage
