How is identity work done if there is no brand book?
If there is no brand book, the Standard package builds a minimum kit (logo + colour + typography). If you want a full brand identity, we recommend the "Brand Design & Development" package, with the corporate identity included as part of it.
What does print shop management cover?
On the Full Brand package we handle this on your behalf: quotes are gathered from 3-4 print shops, the best one is chosen, the print technique is recommended (offset, digital, foil, emboss, deboss), the paper is selected, samples are approved, quality is checked and the final delivery is verified. All you need to do is give the final approval.
What is the difference between Pantone and CMYK?
Pantone Solid Coated/Uncoated are special-ink colours that ensure consistency in offset printing (especially for brand reds and blues). CMYK is process colour, used for digital printing and high-volume runs. Your brand guide includes both values plus RGB and HEX, so the print shop uses whichever value matches their workflow.
How long does the process take?
Standard package 2-3 weeks, Professional package 3-4 weeks, Full Brand package 4-6 weeks. Brand book audit 3-5 days, design 5-7 days, revisions 3-5 days, production prep 3-5 days, delivery 3-7 days.
What if continuous updates are needed?
With the monthly update package (₺1,800/month), new product additions, new campaign kits and seasonal campaign visuals are delivered on an ongoing basis. Brand guide refreshes, new product additions and seasonal campaign visuals are all part of this package.
Are production costs included?
No, production costs are billed separately by the print shop. Design and production prep are DijiPal’s responsibility; printing and production belong to the workshop. The Full Brand package includes management of the print shop, but the print costs themselves are invoiced separately.
