This agreement is signed on a project-specific basis between the service provider Doğucan Güler (DijiPal®) and the customer purchasing the service.
The scope of services is clarified by the brief and scope document determined during the quote phase. Out-of-scope requests are handled at additional cost.
Payments are made by bank transfer. All invoices are issued within the legal timeframe.
The delivery schedule is clarified in the project brief. Delays caused by the customer (feedback, content, approval) may affect the schedule.
Standard packages include 2 major revision rounds (structural changes) and unlimited minor corrections. Additional revisions are billed hourly.
Upon completion of the final payment, exclusive usage rights to the design files transfer to the customer. Doğucan Güler retains the right to use them for portfolio and promotional purposes (unless otherwise specified in the contract).
Customer information and project details are not shared with third parties without explicit permission.
Doğucan Güler's liability is limited to direct damages, not exceeding the total fee received. They cannot be held responsible for indirect / consequential damages.
In case of early termination by the customer, a proportional fee is charged for the work completed up to that date. In case of unjustified termination by the service provider, the unworked portion of the payment received is refunded.
In case of dispute, a good-faith resolution is sought first. If no resolution is reached, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
