Project summary.
For a boutique furniture workshop (80-120 sofa sets per year), we built a 3D room preview (Three.js), a variant + dimension configurator, a showroom calendar, and province-based delivery pricing. Online order share climbed from 5% to 38%, showroom no-shows dropped from 22% to 6%, out-of-province sales grew +185%, and average basket value rose +34%.
