01
How does a site comply with CPA advertising rules (TÜRMOB) and KVKK/GDPR?
TÜRMOB's professional advertising ban is frequently violated on CPA sites — at DijiPal I filter for it from the start. "The best CPA," "guaranteed tax reduction," client company logos, and won case / refunded tax amounts are removed. Instead: service areas (tax advisory, independent audit, SME reporting), specialization certifications, academic articles, and industry content take the foreground. For KVKK/GDPR, CPAs hold additional sensitive data (income, tax ID, ownership structure) — explicit consent, data minimization, and a 6-month auto-deletion flow are required modules. If your TÜRMOB local chamber has additional rules, we integrate those too.
02
Is an online appointment system practical for a CPA practice?
Yes — during tax-return seasons (March, April, May), online appointments save lives by absorbing the phone load. The client picks a topic category (VAT return, incorporation, audit, advisory, e-invoice transition), then chooses one of your available slots — with two-way sync to Google Calendar / Microsoft 365. You can define different durations + different form fields for existing vs. new clients. Before tax-return season, an automated "document reminder" email can be set up. On DijiPal CPA sites, on average 40% of phone traffic shifts to the appointment system — a serious reduction in secretary load.

Will I write the tax legislation blog myself, and how is it managed?
A tax legislation blog is the most powerful SEO weapon for a CPA — Google rewards whoever publishes a summary within 24 hours of a new circular in the Official Gazette. At DijiPal the admin panel is built around a CPA's workflow: a new circular template (summary + impact + example), a "client action" card, related e-invoice/e-ledger update warnings, and a validity date field (older posts automatically tagged "outdated"). Once a post is finalized, an announcement can be sent to the client list via WhatsApp Business (subject to KVKK/GDPR consent). For the first 3 months we write a monthly post template together, then I hand it over to you.
04
Is e-signature / KEP integration possible on client contracts?
Yes — I fully digitalize your new client onboarding process. The client enters their information into the form on the site, the system automatically generates the power of attorney + service contract PDFs and sends a signing link via E-Tugra, TürkTrust, or nesimza. Once signed, the contract PDF is delivered to both you and the client via KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) — a delivery with legal evidentiary value. Critical for a CPA: power of attorney and contract chains are logged, and in an audit you can answer "through which channel did you receive this power of attorney?" with documentation. Integrations with PTT KEP, Türkkep, and ePostKep are ready.
05
Can you set up a private portal for my existing clients?
Yes — the "Taxpayer Panel" module is the signature feature of the DijiPal CPA package. Clients log in with their own tax ID + 2FA and see files belonging to their own company: monthly return summaries (KDV1, withholding, provisional tax), an invoice upload area (e-invoice-compatible PDF/XML), accrual statements, a tax calendar (personalized reminders), a tax-due dashboard, and prior-year comparisons. ERP data pull integrations from Logo/Mikro/Netsis are optional. KVKK/GDPR and VUK retention periods (5 years) are defined within the system. Instead of clients saying "I ask the same thing every month," they check the portal — and your valuable time is left for advisory work.
06
As a financial advisor, can I publish investment recommendation content — what's the legal limit?
Without an SPK investment advisory license, saying "buy," "sell," or "I recommend this stock" is forbidden — at DijiPal I build a warning system into the financial content panel. While writing a post, sections like "this is a personal opinion," "not investment advice," and "sources" must be filled before publishing. If you have an SPK license (investment advisory, portfolio management), these warnings run as a different set; for unlicensed CPAs / financial coaches, stricter filters are active. KVKK/GDPR + SPK + TÜRMOB form a triangle that needs to be settled together — before going live, we do a legal check together, and if needed I provide a review through the law firm I work with.
