What do we offer?

A website doesn't end the day it goes live — the real journey starts there. Framework updates, security patches, plugin compatibility, content refreshes, seasonal campaign landing pages, copy/image tweaks, performance monitoring — these all need ongoing care. Without maintenance: site speed drops, Google rankings slide, plugin vulnerabilities open the door to hacks, forms break, customers leave..

Light maintenance — €80/month.

Monthly security patches and framework updates (Laravel/PHP/MySQL minor versions, libraries), daily automatic backup (DB + files, 14-day retention) + weekly offsite copy, SSL renewal, uptime monitoring (UptimeRobot 5-min interval), 1 hour of monthly content/copy edits included. SLA: critical issue response within 24 hours, resolution within 5 business days. Email + WhatsApp support.

Pro maintenance — €200/month.

On top of Light: 4 hours of monthly content/page edits (new blog posts, campaign changes, pricing updates), monthly performance report (Core Web Vitals, GA4 traffic summary, Search Console keyword movement, conversion rate), monthly SEO mini-improvements (meta optimisation, schema check, broken-link scan), SMTP health check, end-to-end form testing, A/B testing support. SLA: critical response within 4 hours, resolution within 2 business days.

Premium maintenance — €450/month.

On top of Pro: 12 hours of monthly development budget (new features, modules, integrations — unused hours roll forward 1 month), monthly strategy + analytics review (1-hour Zoom), CRM/ERP integration management, multi-region backup (Drive + AWS S3), staging environment (every change runs in staging before production), DDoS-protection monitoring (Cloudflare Pro). SLA: critical response within 1 hour, same-day resolution. Direct phone access.

Out of scope.

Whole new sites or full rebuilds, adding an e-commerce module, comprehensive redesigns, paid ad campaigns, video production, copy/blog writing. These are handled as project-based separate contracts.

Backup and disaster recovery.

Daily automatic backup is standard at every tier. Average restore time: 2 hours. Premium starts restore within 30 minutes. Backups live independent of hosting: Google Drive (Light) / AWS S3 + Drive (Pro+). > Contracts start as either a 6-month commitment (bulk discount) or month-to-month flexible. First month trial: full refund if you're not satisfied.

How much do the monthly packages cost?

Packages start from u20ba2,500/month, depending on scope and the monthly content quota. A 6-month commitment brings about 10% off and a 12-month commitment about 15% off. After our intro call I send a clear, tailored proposal.

What exactly is included in the package?

Standard scope includes monthly system and plugin updates, regular backups, site monitoring, security checks, SSL and domain renewal tracking, a monthly content editing quota (new copy, images, products/pages), publishing of new blog posts and a short monthly performance report.

How does the content quota work, and what if I do not use it?

The quota is the monthly time set aside for routine work like updating page copy, image changes, adding products/pages and publishing blog posts. Unused hours roll over to the next month and are consumed first; they are not stockpiled across the whole year.

Did you build my site, or do you also maintain sites built by others?

Either way, you can take a maintenance package. I start with a short technical review: if there is a serious issue I share it with you in writing; if needed we plan a small remediation phase first and then move into the regular maintenance routine.

How quickly will I get a response in an emergency?

On working days I respond the same day, within 24 hours at the latest. For critical situations like the site being unreachable, the Professional and Enterprise packages have shorter response times defined explicitly in your contract.

Can I end the contract whenever I want?

After your minimum commitment (e.g. 6 months) the contract continues monthly; you can end it any month with 30 days notice. After termination, all your backups and access credentials are handed over so you can continue independently.
